Cornstarch Flour

Cornstarch is flour obtained from finely ground corn kernels. Unlike Maizena flour which is made from corn starch, corn flour usually contains all parts of the corn kernel, including the husk and kernel, so the texture is coarser and yellow in color.

    • Function of Cornstarch:
